As Founder of FirstCompute, I bring 15+ years of international leadership across customer success, AI, and analytics—spanning global brands like American Express, Sensis Australia, and Telecom New Zealand. My experience merges deep customer engagement expertise with the latest in GenAI, automation, and real-time decisioning.

At American Express Asia, I led service excellence programs for premium customers, launched voice and digital feedback platforms, and streamlined SLA-driven operations across the region. At Sensis, I contributed to the company’s evolution into a digital-first platform, managing multichannel customer experiences across voice, mobile, and online. At Telecom NZ, I drove customer intelligence initiatives, provisioning, and upsell programs, helping the business move toward a 360° customer view.

At FirstCompute, I now lead our customer success and intelligent engagement strategy—empowering banks, fintechs, and digital businesses to scale with predictive insights, AI-driven personalization, and ethical automation. Thomas, Chief Risk Officer & Head of Legal at FirstCompute, brings over 25 years of leadership in the global maritime and logistics sectors. With senior roles across shipping, freight forwarding, and transportation in India, he offers deep expertise in regulatory compliance, enterprise risk management, and complex supply chain ecosystems. His experience spans ship ownership, agency, warehousing, 3PL, and multimodal logistics, complemented by strategic advisory in technology adoption for the passenger vessel industry.

At FirstCompute, Thomas plays a critical role in ensuring that our AI, data, and analytics-driven logistics solutions meet the highest standards of governance, legal integrity, and operational resilience—particularly in cross-border, regulated, and asset-intensive environments.
